There is little doubt that having the right product plays a vital roll in your business’s failure or success. The question is why do so many entrepreneurs with a quality product fail to succeed? I have personally talked to countless Networkers that fit this category and they all tell me the same thing. They did everything that they were told to do! They purchased leads by the thousands, sent out messages in the responders that were provided, worked the phones, purchased more leads, went to hyped up meetings, and on it goes.
I am not here to ridicule companies with quality products. I am just suggesting that it’s good practice to invest in “You” first. You’re your best product! The truth is, the more you learn about marketing online the less costly mistakes you will make. Here are 4 Tips that will make “You” your Best Product!
1. Build your Professional Business Presence – Internet Marketing is still a people business. Becoming a marketing leader is a responsibility that many newbie’s take lightly. We can easily damage our reputation as a professional by leading a group of entrepreneurs into a wrong venture. Establishing or branding you as a professional marketer will take time but the rewards will be worth the effort! Branding “you” starts with owning your own domain and web space! Stay away from Free Hosting!
2. Don’t take Learning New Skills Lightly – Many new Internet Marketers are quick to convince themselves that they’re too busy to learn new skills. Eventually this will prove to be a very costly mistake. It’s a good idea to be involved with a group of marketers where new ideas are being exchanged. Live Training Workshops are becoming available all over the Internet due to VoIP Conferencing. Get involved with a group of serious marketers, listen, ask questions, and learn!
3. Choose an Affiliate Product that you’re Passionate about – Find out what your passion is and build your business around that product. It’s much easier to write about a product that you’re passionate about. Start Blogging about your new product and write articles around the benefits of the product. Create digital product information reports with links back to your website. Keep your Blog updated and interesting and you will create a following!

Make sure the company that is providing your marketing tools has quality support and workshops as part of the package!

Many people think that they can pretend to be something they’re not because it’s online, but real businesses are based on real people with certain knowledge and conveying that honestly is key.
