Let’s face it success would be much easier to measure if everyone started at the same skill level. Since it’s obvious that we’re all at different levels of the marketing spectrum, it’s important that we learn how to properly measure our success. Learning how to properly measure your success will help you fight discouragement when it comes, and it will come, that you can be sure of.

When we set unrealistic goals for ourselves we tend to become frustrated and if left unchecked frustration can lead to failure. It’s a good idea to set realistic goals that will lead you to success over a realistic time period. When discouragement does comes, just measure your success according to your skill level and what you have learned that day or week depending on your schedule. Below are 4 ways to measure your success!

1. What have you learned this week – Make a list of the skills that are needed to become a successful online affiliate marketer. Make sure you include everything from web design, pay per click advertising, copy writing, article marketing, blogging, and so on. Once you have a list make a note of your strengths, and weaknesses, then begin to focus on what you need to learn.
